Puis-je modifier ou annuler ma commande?

Selon l'état de votre commande, il se peut que nous ne puissions pas l'annuler. Si nous ne sommes pas en mesure d'annuler votre commande, nous pouvons vous guider à travers notre processus de retour ou d'échange.

All online transactions are protected by the latest security technology. For added security when you place an order, Francus does not store your payment information.

Where do you manufacture?
Each item is manufactured in a workshop in Tunisia.
This workshop, owned and operated by a French company, has a high level of expertise and technical know-how.
They guarantee fair wages, safe and healthy conditions for all employees and are certified according to ISO 9001.
We are committed to our products and the people who make them.

Where do you buy your fabrics?
Our fabrics are sourced from reputable, established suppliers in Denmark and Italy who share our values.
All our fabrics are certified (e.g. Bluesign, Oeko-Tex, Global Recycled Standard, Responsible Wool Standard) to ensure that they are free from harmful chemicals and are manufactured under environmentally friendly conditions.

What size should I order?
Our garments are designed with a straight fit. On each product page, you can click on "size guide" to find out more. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend that you take the next size up.

How do I wash and care for my products?
Each piece is different, so we recommend that you read the care instructions carefully before washing.
We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry - this is better for the environment and reduces energy consumption.
Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
